At The Sodality Foundation, our Board of Directors is a dedicated group of individuals who share a deep passion for supporting the mental well-being of first responders.

Our nonprofit organization was founded with a desire to impact the lives of New Mexico’s first Responders by providing the funding assistance they deserve to cultivate a culture where mental well-being is safeguarded.

Our story began as a collaboration of concerned community members, first responders, and professionals who recognized a gap in the mental health funding support available for first responders. Witnessing the tremendous stress and trauma that these individuals often endure, we felt compelled to act. We understood that while first responders are trained to handle crises, they too face significant challenges, including mental health issues like PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Unfortunately, the stigma surrounding mental health and the lack of accessible resources often prevent them from seeking the help they need.

Motivated by a shared commitment to support our first responders, our founding members came together to create The Sodality Foundation.

Our Board of Directors is comprised of experienced professionals from various fields, including public safety, nonprofit management, government affairs, and business. Each member brings a unique perspective and set of skills, united by the common goal of building strong community partnerships to keep the mental resiliency of our first responders at the forefront.

The passion and dedication of our Board of Directors drive our mission forward. Together, we strive to create a safer and healthier environment for those who risk their lives to protect ours.

Join us in our mission to support the mental well-being of first responders. With your help, we can ensure that these everyday heroes receive the care and support they deserve.
